You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days from delivery for a refund or exchange.

• To request a return:
     •    Email info@anmatto.com with your order number and reason for return.
     •    Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
     •    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.
